Return Policy - India
At Save As, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can initiate a return within 10 days of receiving the order, as mentioned in the delivery date of the tracking link.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in unworn and unused condition to be eligible for a return.
- A return shipping fee of 150 will be charged to cover the reverse shipping costs.
- Any shipping fee charged during the original purchase will not be refunded. Only the product cost, excluding discounts, will be refunded.
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method. In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed using the bank details provided by the customer.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at shop@saveas.co.in from the same email address used to place the order.
- Include your order details and the reason for the return in the email.
- Once we receive your return request, we will initiate a reverse shipping request using one of our partners and share the tracking details with you.
- Pack the item securely and hand it over to the reverse shipping partner.
- The refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the returned product, as per the return tracking link.
Return Policy - Rest of the World
At Save As, we strive to provide our international customers with the best possible shopping experience. Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside of our domestic market.
However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Conditions for International Orders:
- Refunds will only be considered for products received with manufacturing defects.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Any shipping fees charged during the original purchase will not be refunded. Only the product cost, excluding discounts, will be refunded.

Steps to Request a Refund for International Orders:

- Include your order details and a clear description of the manufacturing defect, along with photos of the defective product.
- Our customer support team will review your request and communicate the next steps.
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 6 business days.
